We release 1 room in a collocation of 4 people. It's ideally located, in front of the Pétrusse valley, 3 mins from Place de Paris and close to supermarkets and the city centre. We are looking for a guy to keep the parity in the house.

The house has a newly renovated kitchen, a small lounge area, 2 bathrooms, a cellar and a terrace. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, clothes hanger, a desk and a chair. Monthly rent: 875€ (all charges included: electricity, heating, internet and cleaning once every two weeks).

The current housemates are young workers in the late 20-s early 30-s (preferred age for the new flatmate too) and speak several languages (French, English, Italian, Spanish).

The landlord asks for a 2 months rent deposit when signing the lease, and either a CDD or CDI (he doesn't accept interns).

The room is available from 1st of May.
